Key Technology and Achievements

  • A time-varying element model of the hoist cable-car system was proposed by modeling the system as a moving elastic string. According to the Lagrange method, the horizontal nonlinear dynamic equation with time-varying parameters for high speed traction elevator was derived.

  • The SEA model for predicting the noise in the high speed traction elevator car was built.

  • After the research results were applied in production, the cost of the dynamics behavior testing for high speed and high quality traction elevator was reduced about 30%, and its development cycle was reduced about 40%.  

  • Corresponding research results of this project acquired the Science and Technology Progress award of Zhejiang Province in 2012, level 1.
