Key Technology and Achievements:
A closed-double magnetic circuit with optimal air-gap is put forward, and a horizontal standard vibrator with long stroke (1 m), great load capacity (30 kg) and wide frequency range (0.002 Hz-100 Hz) is established for the first time around the world.
A displacement-velocity-acceleration-combined feedback control system is designed, and low-harmonic-distortion output of an ultra low-frequency vibrator is realized.
An automatic measuring and controlling system for a standard vibration device is developed, and automatic ultra low-frequency vibration calibration is realized.
“Research and establishment of a national primary standard for ultra low-frequency vibration” was prized the first class of Science & Technology Revitalizing Inspection Award by National General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2011.
The achievements have been applied in National Institute of Metrology in China, National Institute of Metrology in Ethiopia, Geophysics Institute of China Earthquake Administration, Geophysical Exploration Center of China Earthquake Administration, Lanzhou Seismology Institute of China Earthquake Administration, Sichuan Provincial Earthquake Administration, Electric Power Research Institute of Hunan Provincial Electric Power Company, and so on.
