Zhejiang University Won the National Finals of the first China Graduate Robot Innovation Design Competition of “HRG Boss Cup”

On the afternoon of July 29th, the “ HRG Bosch Cup ” first China Graduate Robot Innovation Design Competition National Finals was concluded at Harbin Institute of Technology, and the Zhejiang University won the finals.


A total of 1,311 teams from 220 training units participated in the competition, and a total of 1,106 teams submitted their works. After the initial evaluation by the judges, a total of 160 teams from 96 training units were selected for the finals. Zhejiang University, a total of 4 teams finalists, eventually won first prize 1, two prize 1 items, three prize 2 Xiang good results, while Zhejiang University to get the Outstanding Organization Award.


Under the guidance of Zou Jun, the works of Jiao Zhongdong and Zhang Zhiyu and others, "A Reconfigurable Multi-Functional Artificial Muscle" won the first prize in the national finals. Inspired by origami, the team members designed a software robot that can be freely reorganized to suit different working conditions, and the negative pressure drive ensures the robot's ability to work under damage.

Under the guidance of Teacher Yang Canjun, Liu Siyue, Zhao Yibing and other students' works "Underwater Steel Structure Sea Biological Cleaning Robot" won the second prize in the national finals. The members of the HOME team face the problem of underwater sea cleaning, and the independently designed and developed robots perform well in field experiments such as oil platforms.

In addition, directed by Yang Keji, Zhang Jinglian, Liu Tianjian and other students' works "Automated Ultrasound Imaging Scanning Device for Radial Minimally Invasive Surgery Without Radiation Navigation" and directed by Professor Yang Canjun, Xu Wei, Chen Yuxin and other students' works "Haixia Petroleum The Pipeline Intelligent Blocking Robot won the third prize in the National Finals .
