Abstract:
The high-tech, fast-paced and diversified world today has triggered the fourth industrial revolution, which has led to the renewal of traditional machines and the era of robotics. Especially in the areas of service robots, advanced manufacturing, extreme complex environmental operations, aerospace and other fields, as the ecological environment worsens and natural resources are increasingly scarce, all kinds of service robots and mechanical equipment can be reconfigurable and transformed. The requirements for features continue to increase. This requires an innovative design of the machine and robot skeleton, revolutionizing the concept and design of traditional institutions. From the mechanical design point of view, the conventional mechanism once designed, which means the topology on the static and the degree of freedom, it is difficult to meet the changing environment, operating conditions and mission requirements for functionality and performance of the mechanism, the mechanism and thus metamorphic Due to its multi-configuration , the extended reconfigurable mechanism can meet the requirements of multi-tasking, multi-operation and multi-function, and achieve the effect of “ one machine multi-purpose”, saving resources and reducing energy consumption.
