On May 4th, 2016, the National Key Laboratory Youth Fund Review Meeting was held in the conference room on the 4th floor of the KeyLaboratory. The content of the meeting included the completion of the project in 2014, the mid-term inspection of the project in 2015, and the review of the project in 2016. More than 30 young teachers attended the meeting. The meeting expert committee consists of Academician Yang Huayong, Professor Wang Qingfeng, Professor FuJianzhong, Professor Zhang Shuyou, Professor Gu Bingfeng, ProfessorXu Bing and Professor Mei Deqing.
In the first phase of the conference, the final project of the 2014project was answered. Associate Professor Liu Hongwei, AssociateProfessor Wu Shijun and Associate Professor Fang Qiang from theInstitute of Mechanical and Electronic Control Engineering, associate professor Shen Hongyu and Associate Professor Wang Yanchengsuccessively reported the completion report of their respective youthful projects. After on-site inquiry and evaluation by experts, Associate Professor Wang Yancheng The “Distributed FlexibleTouch-Sliding Composite Sensing Array Research for Prosthetics” project was rated as an excellent project.
The second phase of the meeting conducted a mid-term inspection of the2015 project. Dr. Zhu Yi from the Institute of Mechanical and Electronic Control Engineering, Peng Tao Lecturer of ModernManufacturing Engineering Institute, Professor Yin Jun, and theInstitute of Mechanical Design from Feiyun Lecturer and the Institute of Chemical Machinery, Zhao Yongzhi, have reported on the medium-term progression of their respective youth fund projects. In the situation, after the expert's on-site inquiry and review, Dr. Zhu Yi's “Research and Application of Wear Mechanism Based on Transfer Film Analysis” project was rated as an excellent progress project.
In the third stage of the meeting, the application for the 2016 YouthFund project was submitted. All the application projects were conducted on-site PPT defense and inquiry. After expert review, it was finally determined to fund five youth fund projects, namely WangFeng, Institute of Mechatronic Control Engineering. “Research on the Mechanism of New Hydraulic Transmission Based on PressureControl” project , “Infrared Imaging Detection MechanismResearch on Invisible Defects of Complex Structural Parts”project applied by Prof. Cao Yanpeng from the Institute of ModernManufacturing Engineering, Professor Zhang Dahai of OceanographicCollege applied for the project of "Research on Key Technologies Self-Supply of Artificial Upwelling Energy", “Research on the Motion and Layout Design Method of CNC Machine ToolsConsidering the Characteristics of Technology and Interface”Applied by Professor Liu Xiaojian, Institute of Design Engineering and Automation, and Professor Chen Dong, Institute of ChemicalMachinery, applied for the project of preparing vitamin microcapsules by microfluidic technology. these five projects each received 200,000yuan from the National Key Laboratory Youth Fund Project.
TheNational Key Laboratory Youth Fund Project is mainly set up for young teachers of Zhejiang University, aiming to stimulate the autonomy and creativity of the majority of young teachers in key laboratories and to support young teachers in the basic and cutting-edge exploration of relevant disciplines involved in key laboratories. research and to promote the construction of a young faculty team in the State KeyLaboratory.
