The 9th National Academic Conference on Fluid Transmission and Control Was Held Successfully

On November 17-18, 2016, the 9th National Conference on Fluid PowerTransmission and Control (9th FPTC-2016) was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. More than 430 experts, professors and scholars from the domestic and international hydraulic and pneumatic industry attended the meeting.

The conference was hosted by the Fluid Transmission and Control Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, undertaken by the StateKey Laboratory of Fluid Power and Mechatronic Systems, ZhejiangUniversity, assisted by Beijing Huade Hydraulic Industry Group Co.,Ltd., SMC (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Minten Hydraulic Co., Ltd.,Ningbo Huali Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanghai NormaHydraulic System Co., Ltd., Shandong Taifeng Hydraulic Co., Ltd.,Jiujiang Co-organized by Seven Precision Electromechanical TechnologyCo., Ltd. and Liming Hydraulic Co., Ltd.

The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by ProfessorWang Qingfeng from Zhejiang University. Professor Jiao Zongxia from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics read a congratulatory letter from Academician Lu Yongxiang to the conference. Professor Kong Xiangdong, Vice President of YanshanUniversity, Professor Zhang Hongjian, Vice President of ZhejiangUniversity, Academician Yang Huayong of Zhejiang University, ChinaSociety of Mechanical Engineering Lu Daming, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, Director of the Beijing Machinery IndustryAutomation Institute, Mr. Zhang Jintong delivered a speech.

The theme of the 9th National Conference on Fluid Power Transmission and control was "Future-oriented Fluid Transmission and Control."By demonstrating the latest scientific research and engineering practice results in this field in China, we closely focused on the roadmap plan of China Manufacturing 2025, exchanged and discussed the new market demand and a new application of fluid transmission and control in the future equipment manufacturing field, which would be intelligent for the future. Reliable fluid drive and control technology provides a versatile solution.

Professor Xiang Changle from Beijing Institute of Technology, Prof. Jinjin Hao from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and ProfessorTetsuya Akagi from Okayama University of Science in Japan respectively invited the theme “Theories and Methods ofThree-Dimensional Flow Design of High Power Density HydraulicComponents”, “Piezoelectric Drive Technology and The research report on its application in control” and “the development of low-cost pneumatic components for wearable power assist systems and rehabilitation equipment”.

Other experts, professors, and scholars at home and abroad made the report of the conference:

Prof. Liu Chengliang from Shanghai Jiaotong University gave a report on“Health Monitoring and Intelligent Maintenance of construction machinery”. Professor Wang Qingfeng from Zhejiang University made a report on “Key Technology Research of Hybrid ElectricExcavator”. Professor Wang Shaoping from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics did "Research on the basic theory and analysis method of redundant power and actuation system reliability", Professor Li Baoren from Huazhong University of Science and technology made a report on "Water glider application and technology development", Professor Jian Jian of ZhejiangUniversity of Technology made "two-dimensional (2D) hydraulic components Research application and prospects report, ProfessorQuanlong from Taiyuan University of Technology made a report on"variable electro-hydraulic power source and direct drive differential hydraulic cylinder technology", Professor Bao Gang of Harbin Institute of Technology made "pneumatic servo control and a new type of electricity" Study on gas composite actuator"report, Yanshan University Professor Gao Rong temple to do"under natural seawater lubrication bionic non-smooth surface of the friction pair lubricated anti-friction mechanism and experimental study "report, Japan's Okayama University of science Wataruyoung scholars Kobyashi reports on the development of the passive booster for tap water drive systems.

There were 10 sub-conference venues in the two days of the conference. The topics were reliability and fault diagnosis, hydraulic valves, hydraulic systems, system simulation, pneumatic control, electromechanical components and control, water hydraulics, hydraulic pumps, green energy saving, fluid foundation.

The closing ceremony of the conference was presided over by Professor XuBing of Jiang University. Professor Wang Qingfeng from ZhejiangUniversity, Honorary Director of the Branch, and Professor Wang Zuwenfrom Dalian Maritime University delivered speeches respectively. Prof. Huang Renhao, a professor of the conference, and a young scholar, on behalf of Associate Professor Ai Chao of YanshanUniversity.

A total of 196 papers were collected at the conference. After more than30 expert judges, 188 papers were selected and 85 papers were presented. After expert review, a total of 5 papers were selected as the best papers for the conference, and 5 papers were selected as excellent papers for the conference. Professor Kong Xiangdong and professor Wang Zuwen awarded the winners of the Best Paper Award and the Outstanding Paper Award respectively.

 

After the closing ceremony, the flag transfer ceremony was held. ProfessorWang Junzheng of Beijing Institute of Technology took the flag and waved enthusiastically. He also welcomed the representatives to Beijing to participate in the 10th National Conference on Fluid PowerTransmission and Control. The meeting ended successfully.
